Monica leads with a concierge approach, specializing in residential, coastal, relocation, and investment properties. She also holds a license with the California State Housing Department for the sale of new manufactured homes and ADUs.

Jacob contributes engineering and construction expertise, while Zachary and Gabrielle bring creative marketing strategies and strong ties to the entertainment and arts communities—together creating a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional results.
